Temporal Anomaly

Continuing on. The delay wasn’t expected but we dealt. Surprisingly, the situation was handled well and now we are back on track and moving.

The void is massive when you begin to explore it. It keeps going and going without terminating or shrinking or anything. There is a serene calmness that comes in this abyss. Nowhere else have I experienced it. You feel quiet and there is a stillness, which locks the world into a scene that is free. It is paradoxical in the sense that these are the biggest bodies of anything and they appear so still but they are the some of the fastest things ever. Contemplation is commonplace and revelation is his partner. Examination of the soul and exploration of the universe and exploration of local self are all out here. This is space at its greatest and vastest.
Certain abnormalities arise;
The body of this ship, it seems, is having some sort of reaction to the fuel dispersement system.
Damn thing’s all creaking and kinking at the edges, and it’s got us all a bit nervous~
New technologies like this have brought us upon all number of voluminous insight and veritable spectral paradises, but if we’re not able to pull her through to the end of our journey, all our progress might be naught but a tally upon the anals of history…
If we’re gonna keep this ship in one piece, we’re going to have to disable the problematic system… somehow.
Steadying my hand, I look to the others, and find strength enough to begin what I can only hope to be the correct shut down sequence…
(“Powered down, floating in a short verse of space, on such a grand scale, the mind may fail to notice even monumental occurrences as specks upon the glass…” )

(“Event s the likes of which occurred on that day, if it could be called a day, are best left untouched by mortal minds…”… “A Pact, then, that the knowledge of this day may die with us.” )
